We had a dreamy escape experience on our romantic getaway. the facilities were beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches in every corner. the location was perfect for our goals; we enjoyed hiking in the area and soaking up stunning views. the room had both sauna and bathtub, plus cozy lighting, ensuring a perfect ambience for a romantic weekend. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh, organic products and an ample variety of choices to please all preferences.
Even though the hotel offered great cuisine, the staff in the restaurant could have been more welcoming. the absence of a cooling pool in the sauna area was a bit of a disappointment, as we had expected that feature.

We had a great stay in a beautiful location next to a lake on the edge of the forest. the restaurant served excellent food, with all, natural and bio products. We enjoyed swimming in the pool as well as in the pond. the chalet was carefully planned, with romantic lighting, sauna, walk, in closet and all the necessary amenities. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the wellness area was well, maintained with an indoor and outdoor hot tub, and bio and Finnish sauna.
One negative aspect was the lack of a cooling pool in the sauna area, but we found alternatives to cool down.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the edge of the forest in Šumava region. The location was simply breathtaking, surrounded by nature and close to the Czech border. The service was impeccable, from the attentive room service to the efficient housekeeping and friendly staff. The hotel also offered a range of amenities such as airport shuttle, ski pass vendor, and ski equipment hire, making our stay even more convenient. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities like mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner, prepared by talented chefs who truly knew how to cook.

Had an amazing time in a hotel close to the forest, perfect for a city escape. The variety of wellness and spa options was great, with both indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The massage was fantastic and really relaxing. The location was also ideal, with plenty of opportunities for hiking and mountain biking, as well as winter sports opportunities. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent, making the whole experience even better.
The bar area could be improved as it wasn't as good as expected. there wasn't much to do after dinner, leaving us feeling like we needed to just go to bed or head back to our room.
